- Failure to disclose all fees and overhead
- Failure to adequately budget properly allowances for material and labor

"THIS PROJECT IS NOT COMPLETE as the reviewer has indicated. Our contract with this client outlined all fees and allowances for this fixed price contract which was signed, as well as initialed on all pages by the client prior to start of the project. We absolutely did not withhold any information and have provided the client with a great amount of detail for all Change Orders. Management has been thorough and professional, even amidst interference and delay by the customer. Our laborers are skilled and our subcontractors professional. We have attempted to finish the project and address punch-list items, but have not been allowed to by the client, who appears to have no intentions except to defame us to avoid paying for services we have already completed."
