He is very good at what he does. What I like about him is that he takes great pride in his work. He is a great idea man. I called him and told him that I had a drainage problem that I did not know how to handle. My house sits on a hill and I was afraid that I would get water in my house if there were a flash flood. He came up with the idea to dig two trenches and put pipe in the there so the water would flow away from my house. You can look at his completed work and tell that there is a personal touch to it. It goes past just a regular repair job. He is fairly expensive. He has a lot of work and work times it is difficult to get in touch with him. He is responsive, punctual, and professional. He is good at innovation. If you have a problem that you don't know how to solve, just call John and he will come look at it. I am 79 years of age and am afraid of falling on the ice. We had a walkway that I was afraid of slipping on. He found a piece of metal pipe, which he reconstructed into something I could hang on to when I went down the steps.
