Great. Carlos was professional, knowledgable and punctual

We were charged 140 for a technician to come to our house, take less than 5 minutes to look at our fire place and say they could do nothing for us. When we voiced concern that no where is it stated that there is a minimum hourly rate for a technician to come out, we were told we should have asked ...though it states clearly on there site that they do not charge by the hour. Was not a great experience and I would recommend looking somewhere else for better service and communication.

I could not stress in a more positive way how well James and his technicians worked on my house. I highly recommend using him.

I called James' Plumbing and Heating on the basis of the many positive reviews on Angie's List. At the time I called for service, I was told to expect a plumber between 10:00 and noon. This did not happen; however, when I called again, James promised that he would be there immediately and arrived in about 15 minutes. He made an accurate diagnosis and temporary repair with parts that he had on his truck and promised to return the next day to complete the repair. As promised, he sent, Carlos, who had all the needed parts and who had been accurately briefed about the job. Carlos was fast, thorough, and careful. He answered all my questions clearly. After concluding the repair, and departing, he returned, because he had noticed a code violation, done by a previous plumber, and had forgotten to mention it to me. He corrected the violation at no charge. Overall, my experience with James' Plumbing and Heating was EXCELLENT. James and Carlos were thoughtful and careful, and charges for both service visits were reasonable. Carlos really delivered outstanding service. I recommend the company without reservation.

The plumber put in a recirculation system, replaced valves, motherboard, dampener, glow stick, transformers, vent hood.all to the tune of $3100. Returned in May of this year to replace the new dampener, and left without completing the job.Called plumber to see if he would take responsibility to make it right and refused to do so. he blamed the previous plumber for cutting wires. During this process he assured me the boiler would be good for another 20 years.

It went smoothly. There was a glitch on 1st visit with leaky faucet, done by an employee, but it was quickly fixed by Robert Martinez.

We will never use them or recommend them again. Certainly not up to Angie's List standards!

They came when they said they were going to come and I would use them again

They are excellent and I will recommend them to anybody. I like that when you call them for an emergency, they will send someone immediately. The workers are great and they come and do their work. They don’t leave a mess. They are right on top of things and they don’t rip you off. The owner comes out if they can't send anybody. When we built the house, we had a very bad plumbing issue. One guy came and he called James for help. He came there and fixed the issue. Their price is good and not outrageous. They call you on their way and they always show up on time. We trust them.

He did a very nice job. It's a small, local company. I got the company's name as a recommendation from my repair man. The new furnace that they put in works.
