Lisa was always true to her word. If she said she would be there on a given day, she was, or called to explain a delay. I have never seen a harder worker than she, and she seemed to be particular about the quality of all work. Most of the work she did herself, and was often working until nightfall, 6 days a week. She had a helper at times and required top level work from him also.
There was a problem with a pre-existing water pipe leaking which she dug up and replaced with new parts. Of course this added to the cost but needed to be done.
The job was started in early May, and did not conclude until early July. By that time, of course, she had other commitments and contracts to work on. We did not set any deadline for the work to be completed so there was no complaint from us for the project's 2 month length.

I had talked to Lisa several times over the summer, we finally came to what we would and could do this summer. She did a very good job and I plan to have her back next summer to finish what we wanted this time, but I ran out of time and money.
