VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. THEY SEND A REMINDER OF A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU CAN CANCEL IF YOU WISH, AND ARRIVE ON THE DAY CONSISTENTLY. AFTER THE SERVICE IS DONE, THEY LEAVE A SUMMARY REPORT AND SUGGESTIONS, INCLUDING THOSE YOU CAN DO YOURSELF, AND ALSO DO FOLLOW UP MAILINGS.

I'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS NOW. TWICE A YEAR A LOCAL SUBCONTRACTOR COMES OUT AND AERATES AND FERTILIZES FRONT LAWN. THE CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT LAWNS AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME OUT WITH WEED CARE, BROWN SPOTS, ETC. I'VE EVEN CALLED THE PERSON IN FOR ADVICE AND HE IS QUITE THE EXPERT ON LAWNS AND SENDS A NEWSLETTER WITH GREAT INFORMATION ABOUT LAWN CARE.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT COMES IS AN AUTHORIZED LOCAL AGENT. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY NICE. HE CALLS AHEAD TO ALERT US THAT HE IS COMING. THIS ALLOWS US TO RESCHEDULE IF WE ARE UNAVAILABLE. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING TO THE RESCHEDULING.
