 + -1 moreMr. Vigil did not complete the emergency repairs that he said he would. We called him a number of times and were assured that he would return the next day, but he did not. He did not accomplish enough work to justify the half down money that we gave him.
Description of Work: Mr. Vigil agreed to complete emergency repairs on our roof, which had leaked in 3 places following a severe rainstorm. He was given half down, which was $300. He came once, disconnected some drain pipes, and did not return.
