Very happy with my new silicone membrane roof. The estimate was fair and presented in a professional and informative manner by Brenda. The work crew, led by Miguel, did excellent work and were also professional and easy to work with. But what is interesting and a big plus is the 10 year warranty with yearly visits to inspect the roof and catch any little problems before they become big ones. Thank you FIX MY ROOF.

The company was able to get started while I was out of town. They were finishing up the prep work as I got home.

A great experience during a really trying time!

Here's a few notes I made. Prepared roof for silicone roof coating. Removed DirecTv antenna off the roof as it was in the way. Applied silicone roof coating. Moved DirecTv antennae back to original position and I helped realign it with them. - I have a flat roof on an adobe style house. The roof is the standard tar and gravel that was built in 1997. They removed the loose gravel by applying some aggressive sweeping but not enough to disturb the integrity of the roof. There was some gravel that remained as it was pretty well embedded in tar. My DirecTv antenna is mounted on a flat roof antenna that sits on the roof. We were able to set it off the roof while they applied the new roof but it wasn't aligned so I had no DirecTv reception during the install. not a big deal. i suppose we could have aimed it up temporarily. It's now 12/3/2016 and they just completed my 2nd annual inspection. All is fine except I had a couple spots around the swamp cooler that needed touch up. I'm on the roof around the swamp cooler a couple times a year setting it up and closing it down so there's a lot of foot traffic there. Hard to avoid but Flat Roof applies more silicon when needed without a problem. I'm very happy with the service Flat Roof provides and the quality of their work and product. My house is many times easier to cool in the summer by having the cooler roof. The air ducts in the ceiling are way cooler now that the roof isn't super heated from the sun. Oh, and there's no leaks. I don't worry every time it rains that water might be getting in somewhere.

Fix My Roof management, staff, and labor conducted themselves in an efficient and professional manner in providing an economical roofing solution for my house. They provided full services, including: roof inspection with recommendations, proposal with cost estimate, referrals to completed projects, technical specifications, application of the silicon membrane coating, clean-up, follow up inspections, and annual inspections. Minor repairs needed were immediately addressed. Questions were addressed in short order. The laborers doing the actual roof-top work were pleasant and cheerful. The cost for about 1,600 square feet of roofing was approximately $11,000, or about $7/sqft. This was less than half of the other quotes. Added benefits are a reflective cool white roof and a smoother roof surface. The house is noticeably cooler, the roof is free of loose debris, and rain/snowmelt drains efficiently to the canales and then down to rain barrels. Fix My Roof will be monitoring the roof over ten years and making repairs at no additional cost. The first annual inspection was conducted in a timely manner.

The first thing I'd like to mention is how hard working, efficient and polite the crew was. They showed up all in white uniforms and worked from early in the morning to 6 pm. They worked every day until the job was complete. They were very polite and responded immediately to any questions. They were careful to put everything back in place at the end of the day, and were friendly. The crew supervisor checked in regularly and answered all our questions in a friendly and polite manner. He was always available to us. For example, I called him one time my mother's satellite dish was not working, he made a special trip back and got on the roof and moved the dish around until he got her signal back. After that, he made sure the TV was working every day. Also, the crew went in the back and front yards and cleaned up any debris, so there was nothing for us to do. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent! Did a lot of research and as far as I'm concerned this is the best and most affordable solution for flat roofs.

Fix My Roof was professional, reliable and did a very good job on my roof.  After two recent heavy rains I have no roof leaks and the summer temperature inside is cooler than at this time last year.  The project manager communicated with me during the entire project and even came back to adjust my satellite dish after the job was completed. They left my property as clean as when they arrived.  I would highly recommend this company.
