Jesus and his crew were very professional, courteous, and punctual. They worked quickly and cleaned up each night. They paid attention to detail and everything looks perfect. They even did a few little extras for me. The outcome was great and the house looks terrific. I highly recommend Expert Painting if you need any interior or exterior painting.

The owner, Jesus, came out and gave a bid that was lower than some others I had received. When I told him I wanted to prepare a simple agreement outlining the scope of the work and payment, he told me that it would cost more if I wanted a written contract. We eventually signed an agreement calling for, among other things, payment to be made in full upon completion of the work. Despite this agreement, Jesus demanded payment of the bulk of the contract a few days after beginning work. We also had ongoing disputes about paint coverage. Jesus bids his jobs planning on only one coat of paint on all surfaces, which is why his bids might be cheaper than other contractors. If you hire him, be prepared for constant arguments about whether the paint coverage is satisfactory. Finally, and perhaps most outrageously, he refused to clean up any paint splatters on the floors or windows, insisting that such clean up was not his responsibility. Working with Jesus was a frustrating and aggravating experience, and I cannot recommend Expert Painters under any circumstances.

We met with the painter and received a written estimate. We also got several other estimates. His estimate was in the middle of the others we received. He made recommendations about caring for the exterior wood and we explained what we wanted done. He is very thorough and completed the job in a timely fashion. He cleaned up afterwards and is professional. Highly recommended.
