They came and did an estimate, and scraped areas around the skylights and other areas where there were leaks. They then left, and we are basically exposed. The temporary seal they put on for the time being is leaking worse than what the leaks were before. They aren’t able to come out to reseal the roof until August 12th. They aren’t returning calls, and were supposed to be here Friday, and never showed up. I’ve called many times to try to get them out to reseal the roof earlier, or redo the temporary seal, but am having no luck.

We liked them; the salesman wanted to be very competitive with the price. We had gotten other bids and he ended up lowering his bid when he heard some of our other bids. The work they did was really good. There was an issue that we had with it a year later and they came out to fix it and did not charge us.

The roof came with a good warranty. It works as insulation as well as a roof so it cut our cost down.
