Put simply, Lawrence is a confidence man masquerading as a business owner.
He came to look at the house we were moving from. He saw the house, he saw our stuff, and he quoted it at 4.5 hours.
The job took 7 hours. That is a difference of over 50% in price.
He folded our $800 king size, firm mattress unnecessarily. Now it has a permanent crease down the middle.
After six calls he has yet to provide me with an invoice for his services. It was always, and quot;Oh yeah, I'll send that out tomorrow,and quot; or and quot;Oh sorry. I just sent out a bunch today but I must've just missed yours.and quot; Also, if you leave a message on his voicemail don't assume he's listened to it when you finally get him on the phone. He hasn't. On my 7th call to him his voicemail said his mailbox was full so I stopped trying.
I would stay as far away from this guy as possible.

They are excellent.
I have used them for three moves.
Sometimes it takes them a little while to return calls or you have to call a few times BUT, if they say that you are on their calendar, YOU ARE ON THEIR CALENDAR. They always show up and they confirm the job a few days before hand. They are hard, careful workers, and very reliable.
