Leroy came and quoted us an estimate and the finished product was to the dime. He, his father Joe ,and assistant Jesus installed 4 heating and cooling units in our home over a two day period. They were professional, punctual and worked very diligently. Leroy is not only a delightful human being but a total perfectionist- what more could anyone ask for ? We have been extensively remodeling a small guest house and my husband's studio and decided to put in a cooling systemic both buildings.  In our new hotter and drier climate, the swamp coolers were not providing sufficient relief during the summers.  
I got several estimates and while both companies (located in Santa Fe) I talked to seemed to have excellent quality services, they were crazy expensive.  (One company quoted me $7000 to install an Airbest evaporative cooler on our studio roof, with the hole cut already in place, no ducting and the plumbing and electrical supplied by others.  This made me furious.)
But back to Enchantment:  Our electrician recommended Enchantment, and we will always be grateful for this.
Leroy Salazar is a total professional.  His estimates were fair (these units are costly, installation takes time, they did plumbing etc, everything except the electrical), and while this was an expensive job, it was one-third less than what I was quoted by the other companies.
Leroy walked us through his recommendations for the types of units, and interior placement options, which we really appreciated.
Leroy and his father Joe and their technician Jose did quality, clean and professional work.  They installed the interior units without even leaving a fingerprint on our new white diamond finish plaster walls.  Completely cleaned up after the work, did it quickly and came when they said they would.
They worked with us for placement of the roof-top condensers, as we didn't want to see them from the road when we drove up to the house.  This took some time to figure out, and Leroy was really decent about it.
He was also extremely conscientious about making sure the units were running properly, and in showing us how to operate and maintain them.
We couldn't be happier.  We liked having Leroy and his team around.  I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
We have only had the units for a few days, so we can't speak to how they will hold up, though the equipment warranties are good.  I know that if we have problems, Leroy will be out to take care of it for us.

Leroy and his crew were a joy to deal with!  Friendly and professional. All aspects of the mini split installation experience were well covered: from an on-time and reasonable quote, to a fast and very clean installation, to a thorough cleanup, to well-explained instructions about operation of the remote control and filter maintenance. I was really impressed with the quality of their work.

Went great.  Started install within one week of our accepting bid.  During install they had the right amount of people on site to get it done quickly and efficiently.  Ran into multiple install complications because the house is adobe, but worked through them,  Total of 2 working days to install and be out.  Excellent communication.  Very clean, Tarped everything in areas in which they worked.  They tarped more than I would have.  Provided excellent explanations of how to use the system.  Coordinated well with my electrical contractor so all of the work could get done quickly.
And on top of that, they were super nice people.

I had reached the end of my rope with Accord Plunbing & Heating, owned by David Lopez!!! After taking $3,000 from me, David never showed up to do the work. I was at my wits end! So, I went where I should have gone in the first place....Angie's List. I found and called Leroy of Enchantment Heating & Air Conditioning in Santa Fe.
The day he was scheduled to perform the work I was outside and bingo! Up drives 2 vans from Enchantment. The doors open and Leroy and his crew get out and man, I'm telling ya'. A couple guys head to the apartment to do the inside work. Another fellow gets up on the roof to perform the work that needs to be done there. Leroy, himself, is on the job over seeing everything from start to finish. I really appreciated his being on site. That way, I knew everything would get done that we had talked about. The work was performed beyond my expectations! They were done in one day!
Additionally, Leroy check the other furnace in my house only to discover I had a cracked hot surface ignitor. When the weather got cold I would (eventually) not had any heat. Yikes! I really appreciated this preventative maintance check. Now that furnance even runs quieter.
This company is reputable, dependable, professional, and trust-worthy. I have no reservations recommending Enchantment Heating & Air Conditioning.

Leroy and an assistant performed the work. They were punctual for the appointment and efficient with their work. They noticed some sub-par work with the installation of the heater that was put in by the previous owner, which we were glad to hear since we feel that the installation isn't quite right, either. Leroy knew exactly what to do to fix the system and had recommendations for what we need to do in the future when the type of refrigerant used in our system is phased out. We will definitely use Enchantment again for our cooling and heating needs.

Called him and he came out and gave a quote the same day.  He returned with his team the following day and by that night we had cool air in the hosue.  His price was reasonable and his staff was professional.

Over the last year we have received 3 bids to install the AC units.  We settled on Enchantment because they impressed us with their deep experience and reasonable pricing.   We appreciated that they did not try to sell sub-par low quality brands at premium prices.   Or sell too big a unit.  And they did not offer expensive accessories which were not needed.  
The Enchantment bid was the lowest cost and included electrical, and crane service. We  were doubly sure of our decision when we saw their expertise and professionalism when the work was done.  It  took 1.5 days and was on time & budget.  Warrantees are all in place.  We would definitely use them again.

Our overall experience is good and we will use them again in the future.
