The project is a re-roof repair of 15 squares, concrete tile. The repair was needed asap, as the bedroom ceiling is falling down. We have a trash can in the bedroom to collect any rain. The check was cashed on 6/12/25, and the provider scheduled to start 6/13/25, but did not show up. He put off the start date to the end of the following week. Since 6/17, he has not responded to phone calls, text messages, or emails. On 7/16/25, I filed a complaint with Angi's. Within a couple hours, he responded "can we meet tomorrow (7/17) Thursday at 5". 20 minutes before the meeting, he canceled and requested we reschedule for Friday at 5. He did not show up or contact me.

Luis has it going on in The Santa Fe area. He came out to look at my job after a previous contractor left me hanging. It’s a very rural area and it’s challenging working out here. But Luis never wavered. Showed up on time every time and finished the job right on time. He is professional and a great communicator. I almost don’t want to give him such a good review for fear everyone will discover him and I’ll have a hard time getting him to work for me again. I know he will continue to prosper.

Dream Built Construction is a swindle. There address 5207 Agua Fria Rd is an empty lot. After having my roof done by them and getting a so-called *warranty* I cannot reach them by phone, text nor email. They charged me $800 to *remove* my HVAC and never removed it from the roof. I had to have the City inspector to my home several times for issues. He has done a *no show* now 2 times to get some follow up work done. I am filing an official complaint with both the City and the State Registration Licensing Dept. / Construction Division. This individual, Luis Dominguez is a fast-talking, dishonest, dishonorable person. Buyer beware!!!

Did a good job. Professional and knowledgeable. Got the job done very quickly... on time. I liked them well enough that I hired them to do repair / replacement work on the interior of the house.

it is hard to comment on quality of work because i cannot physically see it as it is on a roof parapet. My main complaint is that i never received a written list of estimated charges, and i never received any kind of receipt or written description of work done. When asked what the charges were after he had completed the work, he seemed to pull the number out of thin air, unsure of what it really should be, but maybe what he thought i would be willing to pay. He had found more damage than originally described to me, so charges were more than the original verbal estimate, but i have no way of corroborating this. I am still waiting for the promised receipt with description of work completed.
