Things could not have gone better. We used Clara as a buyer broker to show us homes and ultimately close the transaction. We were moving from out of state and didn't know the intricacies of the things you need to worry about when buying a home in New Mexico. Clara supported us every step of the way. When we were house hunting, she knew the areas to look in, what things to watch out for, and the comparable values for nearby properties. After we made an offer, she helped us through the inspection processes, the survey, the title insurance and every single detail that needed to be handled. I highly recommend!
