I damaged my Prius by backing into a dumpster. Based on the positive reviews on Angie's List, I selected Don Juan for the repairs. They did a perfect job on the repairs. Exact color match, no flaws, no final price surprises, car delivered on time. While I hope not to need body work anytime soon, if I do it's nice to know I can count on these guys for quality work at a reasonable price!

These guys were very helpful. They had replaced a scrape pan on my Toyota Camry a few months ago. Through no fault of theirs (it was probably my fault), the pan sprung loose again. I called them and, despite being very busy, they took some time and replaced the pins that hold the pan in place. And didn't charge me a cent.

The company was fine. Got the job done when they said they would.

Thorough explanation with estimate, impeccable customer service, invoiced amount was the exact estimate not a penny more, cheduled to fit my schedule and stayed on it.

A wicked sand storm blasted paint off my car in April. Result: Extensive sand damage to the front and left side left the surface pitted. My insurance company recommended Don Juan's Paint and Body in Santa Fe. I went there for an estimate. The estimate was very detailed and included all of the damaged areas. I made an appointment to leave my car for the repairs two weeks later. That would allow time for them to order any needed parts [including mirrors and windshield] and for me to arrange alternate transportation for the days they would keep my car. I delivered the car as agreed. When I picked it up after the work was "finished", there was still more to do. The front bumper was pitted and the windshield had not been replaced. The invoice showed charges for the bumper repair [obviously not done] and they had not replaced the pitted windshield! This week, I must take my car back to Don Juan's and lose its use for another three days while they finish the work for which they have already been paid.The good news: so far the paint hasn't fallen off and the color is a good match to the parts not painted.

Very professional interactions. Always responsive to telephone inquiries. Work completed on-time and of very high quality. They worked well with the insurance company and were very happy to correct a small post repair problem with the windshield washer pump. I would definitely use Don Juan's again and have recommended them to several friends.
