DOMINGUEZ CARPET ONE

The were extremely helpful in the store helping us figure out which carpet would be best and within our price range. They came out within 24 hours to do the measurement and immediately ordered the carpet we chose. Appox 10 days later the carpet arrived at their warehouse and they came and installed within 48 hours of the delivery. The installers were always on time, very professional, fast with great attention to detail.

I used Dominguez Carpet One because they are on the Premier Service list
for my insurance company and this was a loss as a result of a flood so
that's why I put down a zero cost to me. I don't know how much they
charged my insurance company. I dealt mostly with Bobby Dominguez and I
can't say enough good things about him. He's knowledgeable, will tell
you if a specific product won't work well, which products will, and
doesn't pressure you. He's also extremely patient. The company I was
using to rebuild took a huge amount of time to do it (8 months) and he's
been great. He's responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. I've picked up
samples that he left me at the office from
his mother and she was very pleasant as well.
Use them. You won't regret it if you deal with Bobby.

Overall, the experience went very well. There was one communication issue; because they were installing tile in a bathroom, the toilet fixture needed to be removed. I didn't understand that I was supposed to have the toilet removed and re-installed by a plumber, but when I told them this, they sent someone out to re-install it for me.

They did an excellent job installing new padding and carpet as well as new linoleum.

The crew had to disesemble a large custom made bed to install the carpet. While doing so, they broke it. They did repair it at their cost.
