I made an appointment for Saturday because one of our tires couldn't hold air properly. The appointment was at 1pm. It was so crowded in the store but there were many employees working so I waited in line for 2-3 minutes. I was worried I would have to wait a long time but they said I would be brought to the front since I had an appointment. Within 30 minutes, the tech took out the nail and patched up the tire. He also assessed the other 3 tires and filled them up with air. The charge was $0! I was shocked they didn't charge anything.
The employees are all very friendly, honest and professional. You can tell they aren't there to rip people off. They could have easily sold me a new tire.
The store has many chairs, bottled water and coffee. They also have restrooms.

We have used them a couple of times and they are fine. We went to this store because of their price and location. They gave us a decent price and did the work on time. They don't have their own brand of tires, but sell many of the major tire brand names. They are competitive, nice and offer a good variety of tires.

Addressed TPMS warning light issue as walk-in issue. Dealt with issue within 5 minutes - no charge. Over the last 15 years, this is the only place I go to purchase tires. Fair, competitive pricing, fast and competent service always.

1. When we got our vehicle home the dashboard tire pressure warning light came on, and one tire had only 14 psi (it should have been about 34 psi). So, we returned the vehicle and Discount replaced/repaired the pressure sensor on that tire. However, the tire pressure warning light still comes. According to one of the mechanics they should have replaced/repaired all the tire sensors when they replaced the tires. So, we are going to have to return the vehicle again to have the other 3 sensors done. 2. In addition, when we arrived at the shop initially, they borrowed our vehicle's special tire lug nut security socket, but they didn't give it back. We complained and they replaced ours with an old and banged up one, not our original. 3. After the second visit to the shop, our vehicle had oil stain on the driver's seat. Overall the staff at Discount were courteous and easy to deal with. However, their shop needs to pay better attention to detail.

I used their website (an a few others) to research tires. I found the one's I wanted and Discount Tire has them in stock and cheapest. I then used their on-line reservation service to reserve the tires and make my appointment. When I got there the store front was packed but I got right in because of my reservation. I was in an out of there in about 20-30 minutes. Great price, great experience.

I looked on the internet for tires. I called to Discount Tire with questions regarding which tires to purchase. They gave me their recommendations based on what my budget was. I set up an appointment for a couple of days later. They had the tire in stock that I discussed getting. Other places I have been to in the past, do not have the tire I was quoted a price on and end up getting a more expensive tire. They took me right away and were very professional. The only negative was, after paying I noticed that I was charged for a warranty. I asked about it and was not interested in it, so they refunded my credit card.

The tires had to come in from a distribution center, so the appointment to mount them was 4 days out. I instead received a call the next morning, saying the tires were in. So we moved up the appointment to the following day, at 8:15. They open at 8:00. I got there at 8:05, and still had to wait until 8:45 before they got to my car. I could tell from the way the manager answered the phone that they simply won't admit when they are too busy.
Still, everything went well from that point. So my complaints are that 1) they are quite busy and 2) they won't tell you that. They are otherwise professional and friendly. Seems that the manager runs a tight shop, from the way he handled his employees.
I'd probably rather give them a C, because time is valuable and honesty is valuable. But given my past experiences with tire shops, they seem better than average, so B.
