Showed up as scheduled and finished in the time predicted. Years of experience had him predicting what we would find and he was right.

Kurt responded to our rather plaintive call for help solving a well that
suddenly stopped producing. Came out same day of call and when the
problem needed time to test the well etc came back the next day and was
able to diagnose. Professional and understanding and offered advice that
was not necessarily in his interest..in short a contractor I'll be
pleased to call again and recommend to anyone asking.

Extremely knowledgable and competent

Ihad 2 other companies come and check the well. One charged me 75 for parts. They said the control box needed replacing. 75 for parts and 120 for the service call. I was dumbfounded when it did not function and they then said the pump needed replacement and would cost 4,500.00. They were just replacing parts without knowing what was wrong

The second company came and said the heat tape was working and quickly replaced the break in the water lines. 125 was a fair price. 2 days later the lines re-broke as the heat tape was NOT working. They did not do wells. I went to Lowes and fixed the pipes myself for 15 dollars.

I called Desert Oasis. I should have from the start but was trying companies closer to where I lived. It is a 20 mile drive for the Desert Oasis technician to drive each way. Dumb mistake. It took maybe 15 minutes before he found the broken wire that led to the control box. He ran checks on the pump 410 feet down, it was fine. He gave a few stories about non-working heat tape in hard freezes and told me how to throw them into a freezer and check their function each season. Cost me 100 for his time and labor including the drive each way.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have had Desert Oasis respond to well and water pipe problems. Although I do not irrigate I have neighbors that do. Last summer after he was seen at my house they picked Desert Oasis up to maintain their systems and have only great things to say. One really great benefit of using this company is that it will be the OWNER that responds to your calls. No worker worried about the weekend or having to work overtime. The work has always been high quality and never needed a return visit.

To say I would highly recommend them would be an understatement.

Very good service at a reasonable price. He will estimate for you and is honest about things he cannot do like backhoe work, but, he will suggest people that have the expertise to help and give you choices that do not pressure you. The owner is a great guy. I highly recommend them. Honest work and a reliable company. The well has been working flawlessly for 15 months now supplying 20,000 year old crystal clear sweet water.
