Dahl Santa Fe

The original shipment took a bit longer to arrive than they said it would. My wife called repeatedly to check on the order, none were returned. My wife picked it up once it did come in, but once home we realized that the black fixtures we ordered were actually white. so we brought them back. When the electrician (not affiliated with Dahl) went to install, some parts were missing. So he had to go there and get that straightened out. Then we tried to insert the lamps; guess what, they were the wrong size. So I made yet another trip to the store to get the right size lamps. No one at the store even said they were sorry until I asked for, and did not get, a discount to compensate for the multiple trips out there. Note that I did check that I would use them again; they are unfortunately the only shop in town with a wide selection of fixtures. But their sales staff and customer service leave a lot to be desired.
