Everything went extremely well. Any little hiccups that arose -- as will happen with big projects -- were handled promptly and appropriately. Very professional throughout the process -- from design to completion. Will be using them again (next project up may be putting in hardwood floors.....)

"We are disappointed by this review. We have proudly remodeled many homes in this particular subdivision ranging from small bathrooms up. At no time did I assume this project to be too small or lacking in prestige. Because of the sheer number of no-bid contracts we have this year, we requested that the client select her contractor first, as we are not bidding for new work. We have been fully booked just working with clients who have selected us as their contractor of choice. We never heard from this client again, until this review. We wish the client all the best in finding the right contractor for her project."

We have taken on home renovations in the past and have never worked with a contractor with the high level of integrity and honesty combined with incredibly high standards for quality and craftsmanship that we found with Douglas and his team from D Maahs Construction. The renovations to our home were extensive and the project was delivered on-time and on budget. The quality of the sub-contractors that Douglas utilizes is the absolute best. Douglas is highly engaged in the process and communicates with the client throughout the process. He is always available to answer any questions or to meet to discuss the progress of your project. We will continue to work with Douglas and his team in the future as we take on additional projects at our home in Santa Fe.

Phil and his team are incredible. I have worked with many contractors in Santa Fe and I think these guys are the best. I had some special concerns around dust control and electronics equipment and they did a great job. Very clean work. They are pricey, but worth it if you want the best quality outcome.

Mr. Maahs very kindly made time in his busy schedule to modify our home so I could function safely while I recovered from a broken hip. The exterior modification was needed because the previous contractor was totally inept and presented problems that required a creative solution. All work was done in a highly professional manner, from the initial estimates to the final bills. My husband and I cannot praise him and his people enough. We intend to employ him for interior remodeling work in the near future.

The job that they did went very well. They did high quality work and they were easy to work with and very professional. They came up with a pretty creative solution to our problem. We would use them again in the future if necessary.
