At 2:00 PM I called the office again. I was told the same thing - that they would contact the tech and call me back. No one called back with that information.
Finally, having things to do, I left my home at 4:00 PM. At 4:50 PM, the tech called and left a message, asking if he could meet me on Monday.
My phone still buzzes, and no, I can't take another day off work when I just did so the day before.
I marked that I would use this provider in the future, only because I have little other choice. There is only one other phone service company in our area. I don't know if I will switch or not at this point.
