A pleasure from beginning to end. They took care of everything from insurance claim to rental car. Everything was repaired to perfection. Because the vehicle is a manual transmission and my husband is having knee replacement surgery, we took the car directly to Carmax to sell it. We disclosed that it had just had this repair, but the appraiser couldn't even tell anything had been done. The car was also detailed when we got it back, which I am sure helped us get the best price. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

These brothers have been doing my auto body work for a lot of years.  Very clean place, very professional.  Approved by most insurance companies.  Excellent at blending in the paint so you can never tell what part they repaired.

These guys are the best body guys I ever done business with in 5 years of car ownership. They've done about 4 jobs for me over the last 10 years or so. When they're done you can't tell what they did becuase it lloks like there was never any damage. Even matching 4 year old paint. Approved by most insurance companies, clean shop, personable owners. Everything you want in a body shop. OK, they're a little out of town but that's the only complaint.

It went great as stated above they were very professional and efficient and I am happy with the results.

Sad tale, three days old, 251 miles, hit a deer at 25 mph. Broke the bumper, broke the radiator mount causing the left front fender and hood to raise up. They fixed the problem and matched the paint perfectly. The car looked like new again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for craftsmanship and pride in the work. The job was excellent.

They worked well with the insurance company. They answered questions up front and gave me a tour of the work they would do on the vehicle. They were communicative and professional. It took awhile to get the work done, but that was a combination of bad weather (icy road accidents, like mine) and popularity.

Dealing with Custom Craft Auto Collision was the easiest part. They dealt with the insurance company in terms of the payment.

Kept us informed when they had to obtain an additional part that could not be seen until repairs were underway. Car looks like new.

Everyone at this shop is friendly, cordial and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were really good and were unlike other people who I called that did not even return my phone calls. I was really impressed with the work that they did. They were courteous and prompt. The thing which stands out them is their service. I would recommend them to family and friends. Their pricing was fair and cheaper than the guy who gave me the quote but did not perform the work. I would use them again in the future.
