Horrible, just run from this place, very incompetent people there. They will promise you a day to pick up your tile then they say it’s not in Santa Fe but you can go get it in Albquerque yourself after you have payed for everything and for shipping. I do have to give credit to mark, he tryed to help. Any place is better then Coronado.

We greatly regret not trusting our “gut” feeling when we entered Coronado Paint & Decorating. We received minimal assistance and felt rushed to pick out flooring samples because the store wanted to close. We were assigned a primary point of contact (POC) who never showed up at our home during the 1900 square foot project. Before the project was completed, the POC demanded full payment. The installation (subcontracted out) was so bad that we had to hire another flooring company to provide consultation. Despite providing numerous photos to the owner of Coronado, he concluded that the installation was acceptable, and collecting payment before the job was completed to pay subcontractors was their standard business practice. He accused us of wanting to pull up the floors after only 4 months to install radiant heat – as though we liked the idea of tearing up our entire home remodel and spending a fortune. What an insult! Stay away—there are other companies who have experienced installers, provide consultation, and don’t require payment in order to pay their subs before the job is completed.

I would give them an A on everything and a B on pricing. It was $12 a foot. I would use them again.

When we bought the house, we loved the hickory flooring in the house. The previous owners had put carpeting in the bedrooms. They removed the carpet and extended the hickory flooring in the house. Re carpeted 2 bedrooms and extended in 2 bedrooms and put porcelain tile in the master bedroom dressing room. They were able to match the porcelain tile in the master bathroom. I think they're very professional with the recommendations and professionalism. When I called them about my roof, they gave us a great roofer that does their work.

I was thrilled with their quality of work. They got in and did not dilly dally. They were on time and finished ahead of schedule.

Worked with Miles and Grady throughout process of purchase and install of carpet, plus levelling a segment of the floor. They were most available and flexible. Excellent communication.
I had requested that existing carpet be removed several weeks before install. That was handled very easily.
I had to reschedule install date and that was also managed with ease.
The workers arrived on time, worked quickly, explained how they were doing the seams, were most professional. They were careful to protect my new paint on walls and baseboard. Carpet looks good.
Also, Sergio did the ceramic floor tile and shower tile design and install. Beautiful job.

It went well. The installers worked with our schedule, etc.
