Comcast Cable, Phone and Internet Service Center

The installer never showed up, but reported he had. He reported he called and left a message, but no call was ever made, nor was any message left. "Customer service," said I was lying when I told them this. Cancelled order. Went with other provider.

Had to drive 40 miles to replace a modem, because Comcast closed our local service store. And they are NOT OPEN at all on evenings or weekends. That is why I gave them an F for responsiveness. The monthly costs keep going up, but they do not provide more services. Sadly, they are still the best option for cable, phone and internet services in my area.

A new fee just appeared on my bill. The channels they offer are numerous but useless. All of the things I was able to get with just my antenna were what I watched. The only reason I got the TV package was because of the internet.

The internet service is just fine.  No complaints.  My problem is with their office operation, their billing practices.  They are very confused, they make mistakes, I've had to make multiple corrections on my billing.  They really seem to be inept poorly trained.

I've been using their services for about eight months.  They are above average.  They have good points, and bad points as well.  Sometimes it's better to have satellite and sometimes it's better to have none.   They are punctual and consistent. My cable guy shows up when he said he will. So far I'm very happy with the kind of service I get from them.

They are very expensive. The cable TV is fine. I buy the basic channels. They don’t have few channels. Internet service has been bullet proof from several years. It’s great from that point of view. I wish they were little less expensive. I would use them in the future.

We had trouble with our reception recently. They were wonderful about it. It took some time to discover the problem causing the issue. They credited my account for the issues. In the mean time, though, they even gave us extra movies. They were punctual. I have had a very good experience with this company.
