I have used them for years for cleaning chimney.  The owner did the work.  It took three to four hours to complete services.  Very pleased.  They are an A business.  They are on time and efficient.  They are clean.

Inspected and cleaned firebox and chimney. Roger was pleasant, professional, respectful in our home and late by 30 minutes or more. I didn't like that soot escaped into the room - breathed it in and found it settled on surrounding furniture, in spite of his efforts to keep it contained. Perhaps this is normal? - this was my first chimney sweeping experience.

Called one day, got a return call next morning and the serviceman was tree the next day. Hewas punctual, polite and did a great job. There was no after mess. He also recommended some good ideas about using a kiva fireplace and the best kind f kindling.

I called a day ago to have my kiva fireplace and wood stove inspected (and cleaned if necessary.) We set up an appointment for this afternoon.
They guys showed up right on time and were friendly and polite. They inspected both chimneys and told me that the fireplace needed to be swept (no surprise) and that the wood stove didn't need service (a pleasant surprise). They set up to do the work, put down protective cloth and dust barriers and finished the job quickly.
They gave me some good advice about the best kinds of wood to use, and how to get the best out of the wood stove (I've never used one before) and went on their way with a nice tip.
There were no surprises re: the bill. My total, including tax, was $140, exactly what I expected.
I recommend them highly and will definitely call them again.

They have a coupon in the summer that I like to use for discounted service. They seem to do good work and are prompt and nice.
