The folks at Carpet Works do excellent work. They showed up right on time. The carpets look amazing now, every last spot is out. They got almost all of the water out in the cleaning process, and carpets felt dry the same evening as the cleaning. Very happy with their service.

Far and away, CarpetWorks provided the most professional in-home service in any category, ever. Rux came out to do a same-day estimate based on the extensive issues with my carpet, and Alex and his crew were even a little early to the appointment. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly, knocked the whole thing out in a few hours, and a day later, my carpet looks, and most importantly smells, brand new. I recommend their services without reservation, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Carpet Works promptly arrived at our facility and provided water extraction services when our facility flooded. Very expensive and mediocre job with no follow up. Owner of the company sent worker and never came to inspect the job or follow up to ask if the job was done to my satisfaction. I will look for another company when the time comes.

They arrived as scheduled. Setup quickly and totally cleaned about 800 sq. ft. in less than an hour. They removed stains that I thought were permanent. I was considering buying new carpeting because it looked to bad. Now I have carpeting that looks like new. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company.

Very well. They responded promptly to a phone call asking for the service, Prompt scheduling of the actual work. They did a good job, including NOT walking on the freshly cleaned carpets with their work boots

The company president came the same morning that I called to inquire about their services and I received a free estimate which was very reasonable. The servicemen came promptly (actually calld on the appointment day and said they could come earlier...and did!). They were pleasant and courteous, efficient, professional, and thorough in their cleaning: a sofa and a chair and two bedroom carpets.

Rux is a miracle worker. He took years old red wine stains out of a berber carpet and saved us from replacing it.
He's also a GREAT communicator. He gets right back on the initial call, sets up the appointment, calls the morning of the appointment and THEN calls when he's on the way. No "Cable Guy" waiting all day.
Highly recommend!
