He is fabulous. He is dependable and on time. He is hardworking and honest. He has a wife and three kids to support. I use him on as needed basis. His price depends on whether he has a helper or not. I think he charges $30 with the helper. The steps are holding up beautifully. Everything he does lasts a long time; he does the best job. His prices are reasonable. I have never had a complaint. He interacts with you to make sure it is exactly what you need done. If you do not know what you need done, he does it. However, you have to wait a few days because he is not available instantly; he has many clients. You do not have to wait for more than a week or two, though. He is on time. He works the whole time; he just takes half an hour for lunch. He comes out for at least five hours. He gets his lunch with him and eats it in the yard. So, I know where he is. He is friendly and professional. I have been using him for at least five years and I will use him in the future, too.
