They came out and took measurements.   Explained what was needed - I didn't realize how complicated it was - they had to replace the unit of double pane glass even tho only the outside one was shattered into a million pieces.    They told me how long it would take to order the glass and what the procedure would be and the cost - which I had already know was right in the ballpark.   They called in a week, as promised, we set a date and time and they were prompt, did the job on the premises in about an hour.   They answered any calls I had promptly and were totally professional in every aspect.    Cleaned up inside and out, made sure everything was in working order before they left.
As a matter of fact before they left I asked for an estimate on getting a storm door/screen door combo for my front french doors.
They are courteous and pleasant and I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.
