They've always been excellent. We haven't used anybody else in Santa Fe for service. We bought the car there in 2007 and it just always goes back there for service. The wait time depends on what scheduled maintenance it is.

For the car that we bought, they gave us free service for the first 3 years. I tend to find the people who work there responsive and efficient. They can nickel and dime you sometimes but overall we've had good experiences with them.

He took advantage of me because he sold someone else a 2010 for $1,000 less than I paid. I had been in a car wreck and had a concussion and wasn't operating on all cylinders. I was trying to get a cheaper car. I've gone in there for service and they treat women differently than they do men. The guy got me in the room to write the contract and he kept putting things on it. We'd do something and he would tear it up and start over again. He did that 3 times. I was out of it by the time I signed it. I would never go back to them again. I tell other people not to go to them.

They are expensive. They have damaged my automobile during repairs and did not tell me. At one time, they didn't fasten the stopper plug into my oil pan so that when I drove all of the oil came out of my engine. There also was a seal that was once replaced that I've been told by a different mechanic that it was not replaced properly.

I saw them about three or four months ago. I've had my car in there at least twice.I like the fact that I called in on short notice and they were able to get me in. They got the work done promptly. They do a lot of the traditional things that I had done when I lived in Washington. When they finish they wash your car. I've never had a problem with anything. The car is relatively new anyway. The nice thing is they kind of let me know the amount. They try and make you feel comfortable. They take you to a waiting room and the whole nine yards. They are very astute. The services cost next to nothing because the car is under their warranty, its covered up to twenty thousand miles. We will see the next time because its gone to twenty one.

Great. They were ready, had it done under an hour and washed outside of car. Beaver has hands down the best waiting area of any dealer. Downstairs they have a kids play area upstairs they have a room with big TV donuts and healthy snacks and wifi.

My car was towed in and I accompanied it. They gave me a loner car and had all the necessary repairs done within 24 hours. They were beyond kind, helpful and professional. I have been having my car serviced by them for 7 years but this was the first time I have needed anything major. Just cannot recommend them highly enough ---- A isn't good enough. They really are wonderful, fair and do excellent work.

While the service team--especially frank and ray are excellent the mechanics have done everything from leaving rags in the engine, spilling fluid on the brakes and failing to screw on the oil pan correctly. I will continue to go to Beaver Toyota however o do wish the mechanics did a better job.

I have two Toyota Prius and I have been rather disappointed with the service department. They have consistently tried to sell services that I think were not needed. I have requested that synthetic oil be used on two occasions last year when we went in for oil changes, they did not use synthetic oil. One Prius had a problem which they had been unable to suggest any resolution on and I am about to call the zone manager on. We also had a problem with one Prius pulling to one side and they would do front alignment worked on but it would not change and we had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed and this sort of thing has developed in the last year and a half or so because we have had good luck there prior to that but I have been quite disappointed with the recent service. Also, it used to be that after you are in, you get a card to rate them and since I complained about the services, I have never gotten a card to rate their services. Price has been fairly reasonable. I will see them again in the future because there is a recall right now on my two cars and that is the only place unless I drive to Albuquerque or Denver, where I could get it taken care of but for routine service, I will not go back to them.

We've been extremely happy with them, more so than any other dealership that we've dealt with! Their price is extremely competitive. Their service department is excellent and went above and beyond what was expected. They resolved the issue quickly and sent us on our way.
