Initially their service and responsiveness was great but over time it deteriorated badly. For the past year or so they would do the front yard and not the back and fail to remove toppled or dead plants until specifically told. Sometimes they did not show up at all despite being paid monthly or if they did show up would just blow debris around without any serious pruning or maintenance. They managed to kill several plants. The final straw was their refusal for well over a month to return phone calls about their letting a hedge die without taking any preventive action. The failure to return phone calls was a problem we had sometimes had previously. They also did not appear to have any employee stability in the crews they sent out.
