David removed our old furnace that stopped working last spring and installed a new furnace for us in August. For this installation he had to create new sheet metal ducts both for the furnace area and vents on the roof. The work was expertly done and meticulously installed. David also fabricated several extensions for various canalles for our house and created a down spout for a canalle that was in a odd spot.
David services furnaces and swamp coolers and we know we are in good hands when he checks our equipment. He is punctual, very neat and tidy, thorough and definitely is an expert in heating, cooling, and sheet metal fabrication. He has been in business here in Santa Fe for at least 25 years.
David takes the time to assess the particular situation and analyze what needs to be done. He also ensures all aspects of the installation meet code and replaces parts that need attention. He is on time, calls ahead to schedule, and returns phone calls.
When David was on our roof working on the furnace vents he noticed our swamp cooler was leaking a little and adjusted the float. He is proactive and observant.
