Description of Work: Peter came out and did an estimate for a solar water heater system. They put a panel on the roof with a tank on the bottom. It looked good. He had a Google Map of the roof when he showed up and it was a very good meeting. We discussed the needs and said he would get back to me with an estimate around the end of May. I waited 3-4 weeks and gave them a call and got some excuse from him that my particular installation needed more research. He wanted me to email them to get my quote. He already had my information and he could have emailed me. I figured that 3 weeks was plenty of time to get a quote together. I waited a week or two more and called up wondering what gives. The guy I spoke to said that Peter was on the phone and took my email address to send me the quote. He gave me the quote over the phone, which was quite high but it was never emailed to me. I got the impression that I was being blown off. Any other contractor has gotten back to me within a week. I have yet to receive an actual quote or a phone call back.
