"I am sorry you were not satisfied with our service. After checking the service tickets for your residence I found we replaced six feet of water line in 2013, but did not foam in the water line at that time. In June of 2016 we did a start up of cooler and found the pex tubing connection was cracked, we do not carry pex water line fittings, so we recommend a plumber repair that connection. In July 2016 We were called out for water leaking off of roof, Found it was from the clean machine pump that gets rid of water from the reservoir on a predetermined period was dumping water from unit to add fresh water to cooler. That is normal operation. Our records do not indicate that we did a shut down of cooler for winter which would have prevented the water line from freezing and cracking during the winter months. "Dear(deleted member name), I talked with our technician regarding the work he did for you. Even though he thoroughly performed all the trade accepted procedures in finding a leak in your system, he was still unable. Often when there is a situation of this kind, (when refrigerant was added more than once) we like to pressurize the system with nitrogen, leak test it and if we still cannot find a leak, we would let it sit overnight to determine how fast it is leaking out. This provides us more information as to what to look for. It's a tedious process and can be costly but some leaks are very hard to find. It is my understanding that he offered to leave it over night but you declined. With the heat of the summer I can understand wanting it fixed right away. Our technician is very skilled at what he does and is very conscientious about providing a great finished product. We would like to regain your trust with us and spend more time on the leak search at another time when it cools off and it can be left off overnight. If we cannot find the leak at that time, there will be no charge for our service. In other words, if there are no other problems, we will put your refrigerant back in the system and top the charge all free of any cost to you.
