Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 11/21/2019 I had used this group for several years, with several crew changes and multiple scheduling changes. I consider them expensive, but appreciated that they bring their own planet friendly supplies and that they are insured and bonded. They regularly did a reasonable cleaning job, but they do not do what I what call a deep cleaning, wall to wall. Occasionally small things broken, usually, not always acknowledged, as an Angies list reviewer noted, left "turned over". And then, last cleaning, a valuable disappeared. I did not notice it right away, as I do not to an inventory every day. It was in the master bedroom closet, and though I cannot prove they took it, no one else has access to that area of my home. When I called Christy, she told me that had never happened before. Not true based on at least one of the reviews I saw. Also, she was almost too ready with a response when she told me to file a police report, which I did. Needless to say, I would not recommend them.

"Suzanne, I am sorry that you experienced such a bad experience on your last cleaning, and when we spoke on the phone after your cleaning about the missing item you never mentioned anything about a poor cleaning or other broken items. During the call you were not entirely sure when or how the item went missing that is why I suggested that you call and make a police report that way we could have record and place a claim and do an investigation. I also let you know during the conversation to provide replacement information about the missing item. I have not heard from the police nor have I recieved any replacment information. We do have and honor a quality guarantee and had I known right away that the job was not up to standard or items got broken I would have sent a crew back out to make the cleaning right or paid to replace any broken item. I have not heard anything from you or the police since we spoke last so please let me know when to expect the police report or the information about the item. I do know that we have a staff that comes to work every day expecting and wanting to do a good job and sometimes they fall short of fullfilling this but Advanced Green Cleaning is always ready to make things right. We were at a customers house and got a report of a missing mouth guard and when the crew came in to the office we emptied out the vacuum bag and sifted through the dirt to locate the item to get it returned, so mistakes do happen and when they do we try to do our best to correct them and make things right, and I am willing to make things right for Suzanne."

This is the first that I have heard of this issue, and I did just try to call you to discuss the details and left a message. I have reached out to the crew leader and will discuss the details of the cleaning but it being so long ago I think it would be difficult for her to remember the details. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded in the event of accidents like this and I wish you would have contacted us sooner. Terrible. This company charges too much. The service they provided was extremely poor. To clean my widows and shower door, they used a pumice stone and scratched them. The cleaning was supposed to be a clean up to move in. For the poor job that was done, I paid over $500. Beware!

3 girls for 2 hours. They were running a special on Angies List and then we liked them so we kept them. I am very happy with them. They do excellent work, always on time and very professional. I do not have any complaints.

Two ladies showed up on time to provided the service. They were nice and professional. They were to clean 2 very small bathrooms, the kitchen, and vacuum the hallway. We removed everything out of the bathrooms and off the kitchen counters to ease their workload. They did an excellent job considering the age of the house. We would certainly use them again when the need arises.

Staff was very friendly and worked really hard . House looked great. Window cleaning was a bit spotty, but overall really great job. Crew was Spanish speaking so if that may be a barrier just plan ahead.

3 young ladies brought all supplies - and did a thorough job dusting walls, shelving, did carpets. tile and laminate floors -
My bathrooms actually had a shine - was really impressed with the old sink that had some permanent ugly deep scratches-
now it doesn't and I'd like to know what they used on it.
The ladies were cheerful- got right to work and I would use this service again.definitely.
