I have wood windows throughout my house and I wanted to stay with wood but replacement costs were crazy. When James came to do the estimate, he let me know most of the windows could be repaired. Action Glass repaired six windows -- including removing the security bars on two at my request -- and everything was done within a week and for about $1000.

It took 9 months from onsite estimate to finalization of windows and screens. Multiply wrong glass sizes, wrong installation of glass, incorrectly sized screen replacement, and knife blades left in yard.
