I have wood windows throughout my house and I wanted to stay with wood but replacement costs were crazy. When James came to do the estimate, he let me know most of the windows could be repaired. Action Glass repaired six windows -- including removing the security bars on two at my request -- and everything was done within a week and for about $1000.

It took 9 months from onsite estimate to finalization of windows and screens. Multiply wrong glass sizes, wrong installation of glass, incorrectly sized screen replacement, and knife blades left in yard.

We have tried to make contact with the company for remedy several times, with no response. We then contacted the Better Business Bureau who closed our case on at least one occassion with little follow up from them. And we turned in the packet of documentation to the Attorney General of New Mexico, who sent this company several letters, with no response from Action Glass. The AG closed our complaint telling us we would have to go to court for remedy.

The work that was done was fine. But the company never returned to finish the job despite repeated calls.
