We hired Abby because she sold our neighbor's home and we heard nothing but good things about her. We are SO glad we did! Over a period of 9 months our home was shown 35 times. Abby was there for 33 of the 35 showings! Even though she has many clients, she makes you feel like YOU are her only one. Whenever we had a question, we would text her and she would get right back to us. Her expertise in our area helped us sell our home - as she gave us the best advice about the pricing of our home. Our home is now sold and WE MISS HER!! If you are looking for an amazing realtor in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area......do NOT use anyone but Abby! She is by far the BEST!

Unfortunately, I have had to move multiple times throughout my adult life, and have had to deal with many real estate agents and agencies.  Without a doubt and without any hesitation, I can say that there is one agent that stands out, and her name is Abigail Davidson of Sotheby's International in Santa Fe, NMl.  She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate - three characteristics that are almost impossible to find in a real estate agent anymore.  She knew the area and led me in the right direction, she returned all my calls and emails quickly and never made me feel as if I was bothering her.  The last characteristic, compassion, probably the most important and frequently overlooked.  I have learned that there is NEVER a smooth real estate transaction, and that the reason we go to agents and not just the internet is so that he/she can be there and help us through the hurdles.  This is where most agents disappoint; however, this is where Abby shines.  If you are thinking about moving to Santa Fe, NM, please consider no other agent. If you do, you will most likely be disappointed.
