Answered the phone promptly, even though it was after hours, and showed up faster than estimated time. BEFORE he unlocked the door he asked for proof we lived here. (What a relief to know not just anyone can get in any house.) He was SUPER polite and very professional. He was not our 1st call but he will be next time! I highly recommend.

When I made arrangements for the new locks, I was told by the company that Barbara would be coming to the house to handle the installations. At first I was a bit concerned because locksmithing is such a specialized field and I just didn't believe a woman could handle that kind of precise work. I even rechecked the kind of business AB1 was thinking I had mistakenly made arrangements with a housecleaning company. Well I couldn't have been more wrong. Barbara arrived at our house and after a couple of minutes speaking with her, I knew my wife and I were in good hands. She underststood exactly what it was we were hoping to have done. She even suggested a couple of ways we could save a little money and still get everything done. Our realtor who helped us buy this house recommended AB1 Locksmith Co. and we're glad he did. All of our doors and locks operate like new now. Barbara is a real professional. She was extremely knowledgeable and at the same time very personable, ufriendly and honest. I must say I was impressed. We will not hesitate to use AB1 Locksmith in the future.

had an appointment for 9:30 but they were nice enough to call and let us know they'd be a little late. (And only ten minutes at that.) Carlos was the technician and he re-keyed a number of locks. Very nice fellow and did fast work.

Service provided day of call. They called when they were on the way. Did the job quickly and left. Installer friendly, professional.

He was so good and worked on all my locks. He re-keyed everything for me and I would recommend them highly.

They were great and even made the new lock to match my front door. I did not realize I could keep my old key and so I had thrown it away. They had to go back to their shop and make a new key and bring it back to me which they did at no extra charge. The technician was very polite, courteous, prompt and knowledgable as well. I would recommend them.

Actually figured out a way to save us money.

First time was when my house was burglarized, and they were here before the police to change the lock. After he looked at the lock, he said it was a good one, but the receiving hole for the bolt in the door jar hadn't been drilled deep enough- that was all that really needed to be done He saved me money! He did re-key the lock for me and made new keys on the spot.
Second time I used them, they were running later and called to check in with me- even t hough they were only to be a half hour late- I appreciate that. He re-keyed another lock for me quickly, and was on his way. They were both polite and helpful, and did the job well. No problems.

They do a good job. They are very quick. I use them for my business.
