AAA ALLIED SEPTIC TANK SVC

Overall, we were very pleased with AAA septic. my husband and I were in the process of purchasing a foreclosure when we called AAA to do a spetic inspection. They were very professional and reliable. We had never had a septic tank before so I called several times to inquire about what certain things meant and why they had said that we needed to replace the tank after inspection. Both Gina and Ralph were very helpful in explaining things throughout the process. At one point we had an issue with the county and Ralph was very helpful, even going to the point of calling us directly and calling the County Official directly to get additional information.

The septic tank was satisfactory work but the return work never happened. We were very disappointed. that they never called.

This company is very professional, very polite, and shows up when they say they are going to. Steve, the pumper, even sprayed out my septic tank to get every last bit of solids in it. Great company!

I had to find somebody new because my other guy, Mike Velarde, was too busy to schedule me in and my system was about to back up. These guys are easy to deal with, we had to re-schedule when my road got iced up but they came a few days later and were very fast and efficient. They helped me diagnose what's going on with my septic system and what I probably need to do next. They offer the Sludgehammer leach field remediation technique which I have been researching for a while now. If I do it I'll write a separate review for that. They cost a little bit more than Mike Velarde, but they have a bigger crew and more options like this Sludgehammer thing, so I think they're worth it.
