I am a member of AAA. I called them and they sent a tow truck within an hour. The fellow was from A! Towing, and was so nice. I wish that I remembered his name. He backed a flatbed expertly down my steep driveway. Smiled all the time. When he saw the transmission fluid on the floor of the gargage, he was concerned that the tires of the vehicle would drag the fluid out onto my concrete driveway. So he cut up a large cardboard box and placed it under my cars' tires. Not one drop of fluid was dragged onto the concrete. He was definitely an expert in his job, checking constantly that the roof of the car would not hit the garage door. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
