concrete repair
 + -1 moreNever called back ... not once. one in 3 phone calls resulted in a returned call. No work was done and no quotes were returned.
Description of Work: Tried to bet quotes on concrete work and building with ICF explained that I would be building in 3 stages and requested a quote for the first part.

 + 0 moreWe had to ask multiple times to get a date for the cement pour. Then we received an e-mail saying the rain postponed the cement job. We did not get a new date. We have called twice and e-mailed once and still 2 weeks later have not heard anything. We have paid half of the cost and do not know when or if our cement will be able to be poured. Our estimated cost kept getting increased for things that were forgotten in the initial estimate such as : a truck can't reach this area so we have to charge extra for a chute. These are things that should have been noticed the first time and included in the initial quote.
Description of Work: The provider came out and measured for pouring a cement patio and building a pergola. We decided after seeing the cost to do the job in two stages. The cement pouring was to take place the 16th of September.

 + -1 moreThe owner, Daniel Winn, completed all projects in a timely and professional manner. The costs involved were very reasonable. He is presently attempting to bet back into construction work after an extended absence caring for ill parents. I will definitely utilize his services in the future.
Description of Work: Installation of a Fujitsu heating/cooling system, storage shed construction, driveway improvement project and assorted other maintenance projects.
