Skeen Furniture Warehouse - Ruidoso

Except for one issue we're still working on--no dispute--excellent experience.  Store had enough samples in the showroom, and just happened to have a King Coil king-sized mattress set in stock (hard to do in a town the size of Ruidoso).  He had acces to a delivery truack and brought it that day as needed--it was part of a condition of my making a purchase there--my inlaws came a day earlier than exected.

Here's the glitch:  They salesman and his helper had a pair of single-size box springs in king-size box spring boxes.  The singles are about 4" shorter than what a king-size set of box springs are (widths are identical).  He expressed surprise and dismay about the error.  The shorter boxes do the job, and in some ways, I like the slight underlap for power cord management behind the bed.  But, we agree that they will be replaced.  It's taken a couple weeks to make this happen--perhaps the fact that they are now used represent a loss to him.perhaps the stock at their Skeen Company central warehouse is low.  In any case, I epxect the problem will be resolved in the next week or so.  Pace of life in Ruidoso is definitely not urban, nor suburban.
