We worked exclusively with Prudential Agent, Mary Weaver so we can not speak for the entire Prudential Lynch staff. However, our experience in working with Mary was exceptional. First of all, she maintains an excellent web site which was very helpful in our property search. Secondly, she is extremely professional in everything she does. She listened to our concerns and objectives and responded appropriately, not trying to push us in any direction or waste our time showing us properties that did not fit our criteria. She was always prompt in keeping personal appointments or returning communications. Mary used her considerable knowledge and skills to help us through contract negotiations in a manner that left all parties (buyer and seller) feeling like this was a pleasant transaction as opposed to the nightmare that major contract negotiations can sometimes become. Best of all, Mary's service did not end with the signing of the contract or even the closing of the sale. Throughout our entire relationship, Mary always seemed to be one step ahead, anticipating our needs, and that continued well beyond the closing date. She not only made sure we had all of the information necessary to get utilities transferred, trash service, and other essential services arranged, she also we out of her way to provide helpful information to make our integration into the community smooth and enjoyable. When it comes to real estate agents, Mary Weaver is quite simply the best!
