We routinely have our cars maintained at Mountain Tech. If anything is found during a serving, you get a call so there are no and quot;surprisesand quot; when you receive your bill. The facility is well maintained unlike many mechanic shops I have been in before. Our cars are always serviced in a timely manner and ready for pick up when expected. We have maintained a long term relationship here and are so glad to have them in the community!

Terrible. Overcharged, they used a 1/2 gallon of antifreeze, charged $50 for a full gallon and did not leave me with the rest. The fitting continued to leak. I took it to another service store. They found a clamp that had not been tightened. The repair took about 20 minutes but I waited almost 2 hours. I thought the charge was outrageous. The owner was very rude. Stay away from this place. They are a rip off.

Shop performed and quot;extremeand quot; duty level maintenance (due to semi-mountainess terrain) without checking with me beforehand. That disturbed me because I adjust my maintenance interval according to the way I drive the vehicle, and never exceed the recommended interval. But I didn't argue, as this shop had good history of servicing my vehicles. But I will be very specific next time I use them. In summary, though I cannot really fault anyone but myself, I felt taken advantage of.
