Without calling or asking permission, another cabin owner asked Joe Dan to put a large splice-in box beside our cabin, and ran an above ground line across the width of the cabin, rendering the space unusable, and the electric line still on our property and not on the property the septic system is on. He went against what two other electricians and a PNM rep recommended. The cost of trenching would have been avoided, We'd paid for the nine cabins septic electricity for 6 years with less than half of the system's electricity being reimbursed.

Joe Dan arrived on time. Assessed what needed to be done, did the work well & cleaned up very thoroughly. He is very professional & very personable. I would certainly hire again & recommend him to anyone who needs a good electrician.

All went very well. This is the 2nd time I have contracted with Live Wire Electric (Joe Dan Ortiz).

Joe Dan came by and we did an inventory of various issues inside the house that I had been procrastinating on.

We also reviewed the work required on the deck. He came by as promised with himself and 3 other electricians and they fixed all the in-house issues in one afternoon.

The deck work required close coordination amongst the 4 of them and it was a pleasure to watch as the work was being completed.

While showing up as promised and completing the job as promised should not be an unusual event, but it is in todays world.
