Got me right in, they took great care to check everything...took great care to keep any drips etc cleaned up (I'm a stickler since it's a new car). They ere very professional and friendly. I have had oil changes here before. Chuy hires experienced mechanics...not people off the street that might ruin your car!
You can also bring your own oil and they will change oil for an inexpensive price...
I'm a happy customer and will keep going back..

They recharged my air conditioner and replaced a filter after they ordered it. After the service the next day I went on a trip and my air conditioner quit. I stopped in a town nearby and they said the AC was overcharged. They drained some freon and it worked fine after. I'm not sure how this reflects upon Chuys as they are very nice and courteous, but I feel the mechanic should know better.

very good service, quick and professional

They seem to have done a thorough job of checking all filters, belts and fluids during the process of performing a routine oil change. Everything was done in a friendly, professional manner with one exception... they promised to call when the work was finished and never called. That afternoon when we returned to the shop to check on their progress the car was ready. The charges were reasonable and they processed our payment promptly, so all in all this visit was a good experience.

It was very quick and easy . There was no waiting. I have never had a problem with them.

The last two times I went there, I paid for the full-service option. It was to include full inspections and refill of fluids. Once, they failed to fill the windshield washer fluid. The next time, they failed to inspect the air filter. When I pointed out to them that they had not provided the "full" services paid for, they refused to discount back to the "basic" service price and they told me to have a nice day.
