Roofing
The first time they didn't get a builders permit and we have a flat roof and so they did a flat roof and they did it totally wrong. They failed the state inspections three times and they made them redo it, which meant building basically another roof on top of the flat roof. The state inspector made them build a new roof on top of it in order to allow proper drainage on the roof because when it rained the water just sat on the roof.
