You can ask any question and get a respectful response. If cost is an issue, you can say so and your service representative will
suggest clear options. You can call if you're late for an appointment and the service representative will fit you right in on the
same. You can trust the lavatory always to be brightly lit, clean, and fresh and, if the large screen TV in the waiting area is
tuned to sometrhing that isn't interesting to you and other waiting guests, you can ask anyone in the service area or dealership
to change the station. There is free coffee and (in the afternoons) freshly popped corn and, at least on one occasion when I
had an early morning appointment, there was free breakfast of egg and sausage on a muffin. So, do feel free to ask for what
you need and don't hesitate to say when there is a problem. Either way, you will be courteously treated with candor and respect.
