They almost burnt our house down. We could have sued them but we didn't. We had two systems that they were hooking it up. They weren't supposed to do electric. He hooked up the wires incorrectly. We were going to bed the night they left. We were doing a house check and we went out into the day-room. The mechanical room is off of the dayroom. We smelled something that smelled like it was burning. We traced it back to the unit they installed. The plug had melted to the outlet. About a month later, it was cleared. They came back out. We then had to have an electrician come out  and set it up correctly. The furnace was supposed to shut of when it reached a certain temperature. It went all the way to 78 degrees instead of stopping at 71 degrees. I lost all confidence in the company. The original guy that came out was a nice guy. I would never recommend them to anybody. We should have sued them.

They left three gaping holes in my room. It took them three holes to figure it out. They just left them. Our shower still isn't working.
