They resolved the issue with a motor driven pipe snake. It wasn't clear if it was a clog or collapsed line, they offered to try the snake and said they'd only charge if it worked. The bathroom sink had an old corroded pipe that broke off. Not their fault, the pipe was obviously in need of replacement anyway. I told them I would try to get it replaced to save costs of labor and would gladly have them come back if it was too difficult. Even so I was told they would reduce the labor charge because of the pipe, they were very reasonable and very professional about it. I was expecting them at 8-9am, called at 9:30 to check and was informed they had an emergency call. They arrived just after 10. Would have appreciated a call from their office about the delay but it didn't effect my day so no rating loss. Overall extremely satisfied, would recommend and call again.

I called them and told them I had a leaking/damaged spicket, they told me they would try to get someone there that afternoon. After about 30 minutes I received a call stating that the service man was on his way and would be there within 30 minutes. He showed up, and I showed him the problem. He had it fixed and was gone all in about 15 minutes, and there was no charge!

Service was ok. They looked at it but carry nothing on the truck to fix it so they leave and then come back with the parts which they charged excessively for and 85.00 per hour.

I had them out to repair this faucet and took a total of about 2 1/2 hours. One guy showed up about an hour late. He worked on the faucet and then all of a sudden there were two different guys who finished the job. I had supplied the repair kit myself after finding it cheaper than what they would originally charge. They also never gave me an estimate for the work to be done. The job looks to have been done correctly and am having no further problems with the faucet, besides the original faucet piece was not even put back on. However, upon leaving my house they had taken the kit that I had bought, with them (including the spare parts and shower head). I called them to retrieve the kit and went and picked it up. I didn't look in the kit upon picking it up and when I got home there was no shower head nor spout in the kit. I am still in contact with collecting my property and I also need to correct the bill because they have charged me for parts, as well, even when I had supplied them myself. I will pay for labor, but I will not stand to be taken advantage of.

UPDATE 9/20/12: I finally got to speak to Teri whom I think was one of the owners. I discussed my complaint about what happened. She took the final charge down to $232.43.

They are reasonably priced. If you have a leak and don't have any water they will come quickly. If it is something else they will set up an appointment. The overall experience was good. The price was good. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use this company again.
