My wife contacted the office in Roswell, NM and was given a choice of two time slots for that same day: 3-5pm or 5-7pm. She chose 5-7 so I would be home when they came. She provided our cell phone and home phone numbers. We waited and waited. At 7:30PM we had not heard from the technician. No phone call, even. We called Orkin's national service phone number. Kimberly at the national number was kind and apologetic, but unable to reach anyone in Roswell, so she was actually unable to help, other than to submit a complaint. If there had been a delay or problem, it should have been a quick, easy matter to simply call and advise us. We would have been happy to reschedule. We simply cannot understand no contact whatsoever by the technician nor anyone at the Roswell office about the blown appointment. The following morning about 10AM, my wife called the Roswell office and spoke to a Manager. He apologized and promised to find out what happened. We feel, based on the complaint sent from the national office last night, that he should have already at least talked to the technician to see where the breakdown occurred. It seemed to us he didn't much care. He did, however ask my wife what he could do for us at this point. She advised we cannot wait any longer for pest control, and has already called Bob Reed's Pest Control (Rated the best in Roswell by Angie's List) so there is nothing more they can do. By the way, Bob Reed's in Roswell was great! See our separate review of them. We are very happy we found out about them through Angie's List. .
