Provided an invoice with zero details, flat rate with no breakdown on costs, equipment, warranties, or labor; they tried to take advantage of the situation where property is managed by property manager with exorbitant amount for a simple job! No integrity whatsoever! Very dissatisfied and will never do business with this outfit again!
